No I never can say goodbye
You've plotted my demise, and that's been a good try
And I know that it sounds just like
I could make you a celebrity overnight
But I ain't Twista, mista,
I could grab a mic and leave it bruised and blistered
Who's assisting these fools with writtens
The rules are missing as they lose their mission
I stay on a great track
since way back when i had the 8 track
Now i got 16 to spit 16s that's sharper than guillotines
and cooler than ice cream
I've got you jealous and greener than lima beans
Cuz i'm King Kong with a beat climbing the scene
Rhyming to me isn't mindless, you see
Need to spend some thought and time with a beat
Please come correct if i'm on the beat
step into the ring and i'm gonna eat
Reptile with the flawless victory
You're history, because you can't spit with me
I'm banging on the lunch table, you can't sit with me
I'm at the nerd table with the Pokemon cards
don't be alarmed cuz the flow here is hard
Charizard meets the Bard and the heart of Scotland Yard
Man, I'm going to the bar
But first I'll stop at Capriotti's,
they fucked up my order but i got two free Bobbies
So it could always be worst,
I got some free food and two lines for the verse
But that just goes to show
I'll never say goodbye, i can only say hello to the music.

What if my intelligence was artificial,
Given to me by an architect with a chisel
to create the unofficial
simulation keep it simple
the initial instinct is to view the superficial
But is it all a lie?
Is it strange to wonder why,
the world's connected by WiFi
As i write this on my phone
but my mind is starting to see i should leave it all alone
Not the red or blue pill, i take the green ad then i'm stoned
I get why it's banned
Cuz when you tune out is when you start to understand the plan
Or at least it helps you think a little openly
hoping we can go about our day and never know if we
were meant for something great, But i'll tell you what we know
Is that we're all Neo,
Hopped up on placebos
Close your mouth and go back to work at Home Depot
Be on the lookout for the man from the repo
When's the last time you flew out into space
turned around and seen the earth's shape
What if what we live on is a series of plates?
An infinite plane?
Curves can't be seen from a plane
Let me disclaim
i do not think the world is flat
but i just think that our knowledge is lacking facts
if we went to the moon
then why did they destroy the flight plans so soon?
And if life occurred here,
why can't i believe that there are planets not near
Full of life and more fear
just a galaxy of lines uncrossed
starting from different points, unaware that across
the universe there's others just like you
but maybe their skin is a nice light blue
So i'll just say live long and prosper
Start up my spaceship, turn on the defrosters
Our minds are being mined
By beings some would call benign
benevolent and benign
but that's the way we were desinged
just a prison planet where we're all sentenced
to bicker amongst ourselves, make sure you see the dentist
get a nice job, sit at a desk, crunch numbers
ah, now that you're number your minds easy to plunder
this is how they get their power, we're just hamsters on a wheel
whether this is metaphorical or real
it holds a certain mass appeal
if we can hide it in the messages of art
it's true that an awakening begins within the heart
so we're more than just a cog in the machine
i dream that we all have a calling to be seen
develop your thoughts and hopefully you'll gain a team
and one day we'll break outta this computer screen
when do i think that'll happen, never
until then i'm on the bridge of the Nebuchadnezzar

I miss you like, archery competitions that lack precision
like Stevie Wonder misses vision
Like a radio tower sent transmissions to a planet in the distance
and got lost in the abyss
Like i was watching Misfits and a slick twist i missed it
got an extra large shirt and i think that that's a missed fit
like J'onn J'ones missed his green martian friends
an archaeologist that found bones, but can't seem to harvest them
a whale that's harbored in a darkened harbor when
its fins are pumping harder than a block of marble falling on your metatarsals
i'm sending words to you, here in this parcel
written using only the tip of my metacarpals
all of these long winded metaphors mean
that i miss and wish to kiss and that would just set the scene
My brain and your brain contain similar brains
we tend to overthink things but the timing is the same
so when i feel like i'm being a stupid overthinker
i remember that's an oxymoron like a sober drinker
a skunk calling you stinker
waiting for your turn without a blinker
a mute trying to be a singer
all hyperbolic, hypothetical symbolic
situations in your optic but we both must learn to stop it
cuz we stay on the same page like bookmarks and tree bark
all the books we read share a tree start
an oak chopped down that print words that sound
like yelling "TIMBER!" at the top of their lungs as it's falling down
I'm never stalling now
you've awakened artistry
that was a part of me
and now it's hard for me
to think of where it started see
it can be traced to a night in November
i grabbed your face and now i'll always remember.
I was moving undefeated met the number one contender
but neither would conceded cuz we were both feeling tender
afraid of the pain of the heart in a blender
but this ain't Eve 6
If i can't have everyday with you i at least need six
days a week
we're dazed, asleep
pantsless laying in our sheets
it's been a while since i wrote but now my lengthy, obese piece is complete

TRU(e)MAN

Sometimes i feel like an insignificant human
been trying all my life just to be a fair, true man
here in this town that i'm terrified to leave
cuz the media is feeding me the fears of what could be
but what if i can make to Fiji?
And find Sylvia waiting there? She needs me.
Ever since she told me it was all a lie
I've been pulling my hair out to figure out why
the rain it falls from the sky, but only on my head
like this rain cloud is part of a play's set
so i'm living in the basement, diggin tunnels that funnel
me through the struggle,
got over aquaphobia cuz that shit is just a puddle
as the lightning strikes high, i hear a man speak
he tells me there's no more truth past the wall that i've reached
but i don't think that's right
and if i don't see you, good afternoon, good evening, and good night
so what if i am just a guy inside a movie
call a spade a David Spade, i guess, and Just Shoot Me
It's all created by a genius director
who crafted all my phobias to make the show better
Jaws wasn't a blockbuster hit
It's just a figment of my imagination to make me lose my shit
when i approach the ocean
hoping, i don't pick up boating
Or try and leave and find the dome, i'll open
my mind to new possibilities
and really be the truest me i can be
They need conflict, so they send in more actors
act like great friends, then quickly change faster
than the head of Linda Blair
it's an exercise, hit the stairs
people stare
and they watch the development
but now that i'm doing well
They start to change the channel and the ratings fail
Happiness is fine and good, but misery loves company
when orchestrated by some dark word puppetry
they would love if we'd uncomfortably accompany redundancy with a suddenly uppity abundance of profundity
So all i'm trying to say is i can see behind the scenes
but i'm not really sure what it all really means

Thrusters, Engage

Thrusters, engage
Frustrated, enraged
Sent out of this cage to discover a new place
they say the current plane
Is getting kinda old
And parts are warming up that used to be cold
So you should blast off, take a friend with you
Find a new home for our clones to continue
So i journey and the stars fly past
the stars look like lights, so i laugh
I used to listen to a mouse speak lectures
So it looks like he was right, all the stars are projectors
An as they shine, they predict that it's the time to find
a new world, so i prepare to land mine
Check the atmosphere, oxygenated
I guess that's a good sign that i've obviously made it
I radio home, "Houston, you should listen.
Take a left at the north star, then start big dipping.
I'll be there, awaiting your arrival
Ensuring mankind's survival."
Well i hope it's worth the wait
Then something yelled, "Terminate!"
A circle circulates as their chief of staff
walks up to me and threatens to eat my face
he heard we were a diva race
of demons who would need a place
and then disgrace and leave a place
eat all of the feed, and make machines that kill the weeds and waste
the air that we were given for living, i think i need a break
He told me i need to return with a message
"Tell them all the world needs a break to replenish
especially through the rule of the reddish Apprentice."

Riddles

Raw papers
I just worked ten hours of flawed labor
But that's all int he back of my mind, caped crusaders,
prepare for the caper
Don't you see the question mark on the top of the skyscraper
Ed Nygma. Riddle you with riddles.
You found a letter with words from a magazine's middle
Don't think to hard, remember who you search for
Tied to a railroad track, is a young Burt Ward
You don't have to drive, but we can get cross country real fast
Sit back, relax, maybe play a couple tracks.
There's dining rooms in the back
And there's a kaboom in the last
Get it cuz the last car is the kaboose?
The first two clues were like chasing a wild goose
what will you use, to loosen the noose?
Don't you see the train's light barreling down at you
Riddle you with riddles
It's a downpour, not a drizzle
What i scribble is a sickle and a missile
Little by little, i'm causing unrest that's civil
killing beats they need a candlelight vigil
There's three men on the boat, four cigarettes, no matches
They all wanna smoke, but how do they manage?
I crack myself up, man what a clever writer.
They throw one off the boat, now it's a cigarette lighter
And while this may seem like a tricky one to get
I'm about to start a blaze from the deck of my ship
don't be fooled as if the plot's small, like Oswald
A fire in the harbor by the port of Gotham
That will attract the attentions of the Bat
So i can slip into museums with no flack
Spent a while with Selina Kyle, "Yo Cat!
That painting's mine, so won't you get back!?"
We laugh, because the city's our for the taking
I'm no maniacal Malcolm Merlyn, no undertaking
No earth quaking, Wait, did you hear that?
Of course a fire would only briefly distract the bat
What lacks flesh, bone, and nails
but has four fingers and a thumb?
Of course i'm wearing gloves, I'm not trying to leave one
Fingerprint, since 66, i've been cover
But Batman could write me a sentence with no words
that's why i go first, and write a note down
while i make my escape with a diamond studded owl
That's the type of shit that i do,
got em all thinking "who?"
Like i even give a hoot,
so i'll just leave them a clue
But that trail will go cold like a victory for Victor Fries
If they're not quickly thinking that it's me
Because i plan to leave, you know i've been scary
More Frank Gorshin, than Jim Carrey
But as i drive, something's obstructed my view
A letter in the car, hanging from the rearview
Signed by Batman, now what will i do?
When's donkey spelled with one letter?
When it's U

Have you ever been bathed in moonlight?
The creature from the Black Lagoon upon a boom mic
Tonight seems too soon to lose sight
Eyes on the prize but pursuit might
Get me outta my head when the sun sets
Feel the creature inside me prepare me to get
the one night a month the beast is unleashed
a lunar lunatic looking for some fun please
So hide your pets cuz I'm in for the chase
The full moon shines, change begins in the face
Snout elongates, teeth turn to fangs
Nails elongate, heart racing like a mustang
Fur shoots from my skin til it's in
complete control of my person
A new version, the primal urge grabs the reigns and then pulls
Now i'm at the bay of the curse of the wolves
Are you aware where the werewolves are?
When the full moon shines drowning out all the stars
We're everywhere, lurking down behind cars
Howling at the moon which is pretty on par
we used to mind our own business in the woods
Cuz chasing down a deer, that's the goods.
Even in my short lifetime there's been a change
Humans ruin forests, reducing my hunting range
during the day i'm able to try and plan it,
But when the moon hits other me don't understand it
So if you see my ungodly stare in Trolley Square
this ain't a nightmare and you should be scared
Run fast, and hop to god i run past your dumb ass
If i'm hungry then don't laugh.
Cuz this wolf's appetite is no joke
Imagine the munchie urge of a werewolf that smokes.

We must wake up to break the rebirth cycle
Don't follow the light, don't be a good disciple
When we die here, we go to a plan of nothing
And see large groups of people, all fucking
That's the way we choose our parents for the next life
according to the monks in Tibet, they lead the best lives
in order to stay awake and aware,
Cuz as a normal person i can understand being scared
Seeing that would have a profound impact
Change your whole syntax,
as soon as you get back
Your brain is wiped of memories, past forgotten,
Jotting down everything, you'll find it if you blossom
feeling downtrodden,
as it goes down like a toboggan
it seems like you're only left with one option
But that's the fucking trick
they want you to believe this,
but we don't need this
It's fixed with a swift shift
And then you'll spend eternity out in the void,
feeling one with everything, no longer understanding annoyed
Interdimensional,
not following conventional theories of being put up on a pedestal
We're unacceptable, making true enlightenment inaccessible
cuz this world is just their trash receptacle
and we are their intergalactic prisoners
Ever since the cavemen were met by space visitors
so listeners,
Just think about it for a while,
We're the firewood in a perfectly shaped pile

Bargain Bin Beauty
04:18
|

Well i met her at the Walmart
What could impart a spark to the heart
Like an eye dart from across a shopping cart
So now i'm walking down an aisle of shoes that would never fit
Cuz it's the women's section, but i couldn't see shit
Behind the eyes of this bargain hunting dime
I walked up and down the same aisle like five damn times
and i'm sure she wondered why
but the success of my drive-bys was apparent
Finally by the toys, she asked if i was a parent
i stuttered, giggled, then i choked,
then i answered her question, "Nope"
and i hoped to try and get off a joke, "Oh,
I'm a famous rapper, ain't you heard all of my jams?"
Knowing damn well that i lied, she said her name was Sam
She cracked a smile, i think she knew the truth
I fessed up, "I made my cart roll back just to see you.
And that was over by the women's shoes
And i knew this was my shot to shoot."
Now the talk has started, and i ain't wanna lose her
So i suggest McDonald's, this Walmart was super,
And clearly she appreciates a good deal
So we hit the Value Menu and we split a $6 meal
tell me bout your life, and why were you looking for toys
she said that she was shopping for her friend's little boy
we were disrupted by a very loud noise
a cashier flipping out, so we both try to avoid
her eye contact, but the woman yells on
To the greeter at the door with jingle bells on
we smile at each other, hoping it wouldn't stop,
and it was then we realized we both like to people watch
not a notch in the bed post, she might be the one
my bargain bin beauty told me that she had to run
I asked for her number, she said "Leave it alone,
Give me your number and two quarters and i'll hit you from the pay phone
Now i'm sitting around, face in a frown
It's been like 3 weeks since this all went down
I can't believe this girl gave me the snub
so I assumed Sam decided to join the club
of my unrequited loves,
That's when i felt a buzz
My phone was ringing but, i don't know what the number was
This is what i'm greeted by. right when it started
"Sam would like to call collect, will you accept the charges?"
I abide but my interest here is little
I gave her two quarters yet she dialed down the middle
She said "Hey, sorry for the delay
Did you catch the premier of GoT? I can't believe how Walder Fray
passed away-"
I said "Wait!" Because my mind was blown
"You can't afford a phone but got HBOGo?"
She sucked her teeth loudly, told me leave her alone
Hung up the phone and went back to her mother's home

I brought you flowers, Ramona
I've been trying to know you since owning a Motorola
Blade roller, Kicking up dust in my dreamscape
She walked into my path, so it seems fate
Wanted us to meet, great
Then i got an email
With some crazy details
Telling me i'm gonna have to fight, i get derailed
Cuz i don't understand what it's alluding to
I'm gonna have to fight 7 ex's? Where's my super suit?
Get my band together, fight the psychic vegans
and the exgirlfriend that could vanish like a demon
Life is a graphic novel
A colossal debacle
Through the fighters, i would toggle
Choose the next opponent
Own it
all I can see is you when we're walking for the moment

Villains
03:35
|
|||
Venom coursing through his veins,
Poisonous pheromones inside his dome
Could snap a backbone, if you act wrong
He's often an irrational villain,
but lately it seems like someone's controlled the killing
I wonder whose the mastermind
Bruce is convinced, he's a faster mind than mine
we arrive at the scene, it's a bank covered in vines
It happened so fast, this could be covered on vine
Bank robbery wasn't the real crime
they both set a trap, unsure of how to find
Gotham city's two and number one defender
Poison Ivy arrived, she whispered so tender
"Bane, would you be a dear and handle the Bat?"
Bruce looked at me and said "Dick, stand back!"
A fight ensued and i watched a friend fall
I guess i'll pick up the cape, the cowl, and all
I'm sick and tired of these villains in my life, always putting up a fight
You know the waves caused when a glaciers hits?
That's the way i was hit, by Jack Napier's rapier wit.
Hardly afraid of Harley
But the anger between the two of them could harm me
Swing mallets and allowing the malice
to spill outta the chalice, they really cooked up the fowlest
Plot to try and dirty the Wayne name
But i'm the grey son, so i'm ready to take aim
I get a call from Commissioner Gordon,
"Dick just calm down, these two are known for performing."
I heed his warning, that's a good call
I haven't felt this betrayed since i seen the Red Hood fall
So when there's a death in the family,
the truest casualty is that we're left contemplating brutality
But at this point, i'll just let the Joker joke
and Harley can stand by the shit that they wrote
Pull the ripcord out,
Prepare for discourse to get foul
because we're dropping in on the court of the owls
Look Talon, don't make me call Barry Allen,
Or Vixen with her family's medallion
We can do this the easy or the hard way
It was then that i heard the bodyguard say
"Right this way, our leader would like to have a word,"
There stood a woman behind the mask of a bird
She explained it was part of the plan,
"Pardon the scam."
They said my name how do they know who i am?
I heard a "BAM",
Bruce was locked up
behind huge bars his exit was blocked up
They've had him here since this whole shit started
She said, "Follow me, and you'll be dearly departed."
Spring into action, gotta save Bruce
What's more important, a friend or a villain on the loose?

I Wonder
04:25
|
|||
Well I wonder if i take you home
Would you be down to watch Jay and Silent Bob alone?
While we drink this box of wine and i get stoned,
I'll grab a notebook and write you down this poem
It's like just yesterday,
I asked if you would stay
But we were both nervous, so i said okay
when you said that you should sleep at home,
But via text messages on the phone, i'm not alone
We're laying down, red and green lights fill the room
Not realizing how empty it was without you
But now that i've gotcha
Some people tried to stop the
Forward motion of our journey, now we know we got to
Stick together cuz this feels like destiny
The fates fated you would be standing right next to me
Back when then when i was nervous just to peek at you
We talked about my onesie, so shout out to Pikachu
I wonder if I take you home...
I'm not trying to make assumptions,
Drunk and carving pumpkins, starting something,
reminiscent of Joy's art with buttons
My heart was jumping,
I heard a Cherubim start to trumpet
Cupid was summoned, she continued wine consumption
She made me open up like an iPhone thumbprint
Some dumb shit made that hard in the past
Gotta get through tears before starting to laugh
Now i'm past the past like dotted road lines
I hit the gas real fast, pass on the left side
Now that you'll stay over, i don't ever wanna leave bed,
You revitalized my soul just like a retread
On old Wallabees, so follow me, As i recount it properly
I knew that this was real, so obstacles ain't stopping me
Whether Aggro Crag or Eliminator
I've got the guts to stick it out and await pay off later
When i say i wanna settle down, it ain't settling
When i'm with you I'm pumped full of adrenaline,
Feeling like a genuine specimen of a gentleman
You make me feel better than, most medicine
Got an idea, light bulb, Tom Edison
One kiss from the miss, is a jettison
a reticent denizen surviving a love deficit,
I've been searching for you since my genesis,
which is pretty fitting
Because we are each others new beginning
and i'm trying to stretch the time out like it's mid seventh inning
No kidding,
now our house i where i'm sleeping
no more frowns, so i'm down with grinning
Spinning on the world with this girl, i'm winning
And one day we'll make it official, no more sinning
But i ain't really too concerned bout that,
Now that we're here, I won't ever look back
